- Collaborate with credit and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in lending operations.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service with a client-centric approach.
- Inspire and guide the sales team by fostering a supportive environment, providing regular feedback, and encouraging professional growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for business expansion.
- Oversee the setting and tracking of realistic sales goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the financial or lending sector, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory framework for lending and financial services.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others effectively.
