Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Accurately process payroll and handle benefits administration in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring accuracy in all HR documentation.
- Support training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle general office administration tasks, such as managing supplies, correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
- Min. 2 - 3 years of HR experience including payroll processing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
