Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team in the wholesale trade of vegetables and fruits. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring smooth operations during night shifts and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service:Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients.
Take and process customer orders efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Inventory Management:Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure availability for customer orders.
Assist in inventory checks and record-keeping.
- Loading and Unloading:Physically load and unload vegetables and fruits from delivery vehicles.
Arrange and organize goods in the warehouse for easy access.
- Order Fulfillment:Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely distribution of goods.
- Quality Assurance:Inspect produce for quality and freshness before distribution.
Handle returns and exchanges of goods as needed.
Requirements
- Physical Fitness:Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
- Working Hours:Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Skills and Experience:Prior experience in the wholesale trade or a similar role is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
