Job Scope:
- Handle accurate and complete sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), balance sheet management and Profit & Loss
- Manage the day-to-day Accounting operation
- Closing of monthly books within the timeline, including journal entries and reconciliation, and review of any manual entry for adjustment
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports and supporting schedules
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST report and any reconciliation schedules
- Preparation of corporate tax (ECI) and work closely with tax agent to file annual corporate tax returns
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary payments, bonuses, commissions, CPF, government claims, etc, in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Liaise with external and internal auditor on audit matters and audit schedules
- Handle all tax queries and tax audit whenever required
- Support and ensure compliance with all financial filling requirements and corporate tax filling requirement
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, Finance and/or related field
- Possess at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in Full Sets of Accounts & Payroll Processing experience
- Good working knowledge of SFRS and Singapore tax requirements
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, independent and possess effective communication skills
- A self-starter who can plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
