Logistics Administrator (Retail Industry)
Salary; $2,500 – $3,500
Working Days: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Working Location: Clark Quay
Job Scopes
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Billing and Invoicing: Process and manage invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
- Order Fulfillment and Billing: Receive and process orders from e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee), ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouses to ensure efficient storage and dispatch of goods.
- Partner Coordination: Collaborate with partners to resolve any logistical and payment issues .
- Data Entry: Accurately key in data for inventory, invoices, and orders.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
