Job Responsibilties:
- At least 3+ years of experience with Appian and 7+ years in IT.
- Experience with Appian 22.x and above.
- Appian Certified Developer and Senior Developer.
- Strong understanding of defining and managing security.
- Experience with SAIL scripting.
- Experience in building and using CDTs (Complex Data Types).
- Proficient in working with Task Reports, Records, and Sites.
- Understanding of Appian capabilities such as Data Fabric, Appian AI, RPA, Record Sync, and related operations.
- Experience with external integrations.
- Sound knowledge of RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems).
- Good understanding of Appian best practices as recommended by Appian.
- Ability to gather requirements, design and implement them.
- Understanding of server-side configuration used by Appian and their relevant use.
- Ability to analyze and identify errors from log files.
- Good to have experience in developing custom plugins written in Java.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in IDEs such as Eclipse, NetBeans, or IntelliJ is a plus.
- understand of HealthChecks and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills.
