Job Responsibilities :
- At least 5+ years of experience with Appian and 10+ years in IT.
- Experience with Appian 23.x and above.
- Experience in leading the design and architecture of Appian-based solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Appian Certified Developer, Senior Developer, and Lead Developer.
- Proficient and good understanding of Appian architecture, including core capabilities, data fabric, Appian AI, RPA, Records, Reports.
- Experience with external integrations patterns, techniques, and technologies for enterprise applications, including XML, SOAP, and JSON.
- Experience in extending Appian by developing and using custom plugins written in Java.
- Solid knowledge of designing the right data model and RDBMS concepts.
- Good understanding of Appian best practices as recommended by Appian.
- Ability to understand/gather requirements and develop end-to-end Appian solutions.
- Understanding of Appian installation and server-side configuration.
- Ability to analyze and identify errors from log files.
- Appian DevOps adoption.
- HealthChecks and performance optimization.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Java, Oracle, or MySQL is preferred.
- Experience working with Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools such as Git, Rational ClearCase, SVN, etc.
- Experience in IDEs such as Eclipse, NetBeans, or IntelliJ is preferred.
- Experience working with DevOps Engineers to manage builds and releases, as well as address security issues and vulnerabilities.
- Experience with other BPM platforms is a plus.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is also a plus.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
