Position Title : Preschool Administrative Assistant
Salary : $2500 - $3200
Working Timing: 44 hours per week (Normally 8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm, discuss more during the interview)
Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working Location: Telok Blangah / Balestier
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preschool’s correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for student and staff information.
- Schedule and organize meetings or events, including parent-teacher meetings.
- Coordinate with staff, parents, and external vendors as needed.
- Handle enrollment documentation and maintain student records.
- Prepare reports and assist in compiling data for the management team.
- Process invoices, payments, and petty cash claims.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring sufficient inventory.
- Address queries from parents, staff, and visitors professionally.
- Support the school in fostering positive relationships with parents.
- Ensure adherence to the regulatory guidelines and policies of the preschool.
- Assist in preparing documents for audits or inspections.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Preschool experience on Claim/Grant and little live App.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures in an educational setting is a plus.
