Responsibilities:
- Perform general admin tasks.
- File and save account data in shared folders.
- Contact vendors or suppliers for quotes.
- Schedule monthly office maintenance and car servicing.
- Send daily sales, order, and inquiry reports.
- Handle documentation and basic processing.
- Help with company events and transportation.
- Submit yearly NEA reports.
- Prepare customer credit limit reports.
- Arrange festive gifts, hampers, greeting cards, and distributor certificates.
- Manage cheque deposits and courier services.
- Enter supplier invoices in SAP.
- Update Singapore customs permit details.
- Send monthly exchange rates.
- Download daily bank transactions and email updated bank balances.
- Create freight charge invoices for customers.
- Send monthly account statements and reminder emails.
- Update SAP deadlines.
- Prepare payments and transfers through online banking.
