Our client is a Global MNC company in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Sales Manager to join their Business Development team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East – easily accessible.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to create unique offerings that attract and retain customers.
- Identify new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels to foster trust and loyalty.
- Develop strategies to create value-added partnerships with customers for long-term success.
- Turn potential opportunities into actionable plans with customers.
- Monitor market trends and competition to optimize sales, pricing, and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Create and share Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new customers with operational teams.
- Resolve customer service issues as needed and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and report progress using Salesforce.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma in any field of studies
- Mini 5 years of relevant sales experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry
