Summary:
- Basic up to $9000
- Performance bonus on a yearly basis
- Construction industry
- Location: Paya Lebar (required to travel to sites)
- 5 days work week
- Experience in diaphragm wall construction projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, execute and complete of diaphragm wall construction projects
- Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specification
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and legal regulations on-site
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines
- Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
- Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities
Key Requirements:
- Min Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Min 8 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge in diaphragm wall constructions
