Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cohesive strategies that align talent management and learning initiatives to drive business outcomes and employee growth.
- Facilitate performance review processes to identify development opportunities and provide actionable career pathways for employees.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession plans by identifying high-potential employees and addressing critical skill gaps through targeted development programs.
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and leadership development initiatives, to enhance employee capabilities.
- Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement, promote a culture of continuous learning, and improve retention rates.
- Collaborate with leaders to build and update competency models that guide talent acquisition, development, and evaluation.
- Leverage data insights from performance metrics, learning outcomes, and employee feedback to measure success and recommend improvements.
- Utilize HRIS and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline talent management and development processes.
- Support organizational change initiatives by equipping employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to evolving business priorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management and/or Learning & Development roles.
- Strong knowledge of talent management practices and learning program design.
- Ability to integrate talent development and learning strategies seamlessly.
- Proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a multinational or complex organizational structure.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for empowering employee growth and success.
- Collaborative and adaptable in working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering results.
