Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage engineering projects, including the calculation of accurate sales quotations.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, process flows, specifications, and other technical documentation.
- Collaborate with customers to address inquiries and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Design and document jigs using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks), with a focus on quality and precision.
- Support the manufacturing team by ensuring all designs are optimized for production.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in mechanical design, with a strong understanding of principles such as materials science and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks); experience in jig design and documentation is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies, including robotic welding, CNC milling, CNC turning, laser cutting, waterjet cutting, and sheet metal bending.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong analytical abilities to ensure accuracy and efficiency in design and manufacturing processes.
