Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, such as breakfast options, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries, and other cafe favorites.
- Ensure the quality and flavor of food consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Develop creative and enticing menus tailored to a variety of customer tastes and dietary needs.
- Maintain detailed food inventory records, monitor stock levels, and plan ingredient requirements in advance.
- Follow proper culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and health regulations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a cafe or comparable food service setting.
- Extensive understanding of cooking methods, menu development, and food preparation.
- Skilled in designing and implementing innovative and attractive menus.
