Jobs Responsibilities
- Coordination with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provision of interview details and instructions to these stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, collection of employee documents, employee declaration etc.
- Administer pass application for employees and dependents, where applicable.
- Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate employee records in Workday.
- Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to stakeholders.
- Any other duties or projects assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience within the financial services industry is preferred
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act
