- Responsible for overall project delivery
- Develop and execute overall project plan
- Stakeholder Management
- Manage project stakeholders e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes etc.
- Manage relationship with stakeholders
- Scope Management
- Manage all changes to the agreed scope
- Review and access changes and impact to timeline & cost
- Project Governance
- Prepare investment approval deck and manage approval of project
- Facilitate project steering committee, and chair project working committee (PWC)
- Risk and Issue Management
- Anticipate and capture manage overall project level risks and issues
- Track Risk Aging
- Own and drive resolution and escalate risks and issues in timely manner
- Project Reporting - Measure, monitor and report progress to stakeholders
- Process Adherence - Partner with stakeholders in ensuring Service Delivery Management framework is followed.
- Collaborate with Business and Program Managers
- Work Closely with Technical Delivery Manager, Test Manager, and other stakeholders to update project plan, budget, risks and issues.
