Job Scope:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring deep understanding of their financial needs and goals
- Develop and implement tailored financial solutions to meet clients' needs, including credit facilities, investments, and transactional banking products
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit risk, product specialists, and operations teams, to deliver seamless client experiences
- Monitor and manage client risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role in the banking industry for senior roles.
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think creatively and outside the box
