We're seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth by promoting and selling our CCTV products and solutions to new and existing customers.
This role comes with good base salary and attractive bonuses depending on sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive outreach, expert advice, and exceptional customer service
- Convert inbound inquiries and leads into sales, while also identifying new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity to provide insightful guidance to customers
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to showcase our CCTV product range
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and marketing, to drive sales growth, lead generation, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to articulate complex technical product specifications to customers
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
