Job Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support for a range of CCTV and network technical solutions, including proposal development and technical presentations
- Identify and develop business opportunities with clients, promoting solutions and delivering tailored technical proposals
- Design and deliver competitive product solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met, and provide technical expertise to drive sales growth
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business and technical needs, and providing timely support for inquiries and technical issues
- Deliver product training to clients, enhancing their understanding and adoption of CCTV and network solutions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with CCTV products and solutions
- At least 1 year of experience in the CCTV or networking domain
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to negotiate and align technical solutions with customer needs
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, with experience in resolving complex technical issues
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or other relevant networking credentials
