- Leverage on the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current
- Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees
- Provide HR Admin support as follows:
- Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires
- Process the monthly allowance disbursement for students who are on a pre-service sponsorship programme
- Arrange pre-employment medical examination for interns as well as to process interns’ monthly allowance.
- Timely submission of funding claims
- Maintain and update training records for all existing employees
- Ensure vaccination records are updated in the system on a quarterly basis for audits
- Co-ordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and Employees’ engagement sessions
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in human resource.
- Min At least 1-2 years of relevant HR BP working experience. Experience in large corporations and healthcare will be an added advantage.
