Key Responsibilities (Summary):
- Resourcing & Recruitment:Advertise job vacancies and work with recruitment agencies.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:Assist with new hire onboarding (email setup, laptop, HR system updates, orientation).
Manage offboarding (resignation approval, access termination, tax clearance for EP/SP holders).
- Training & Development:Coordinate training initiatives, collect training needs, and submit claims for government funding.
- HR & Employee Administration:Manage office staff medical insurance and WIC matters.
Ensure HR policies comply with Singapore Employment Law and update the company portal.
Handle leave administration and government paid leave claims.
Administer employee records and handle the annual performance appraisal process.
- Compliance & Legal:Work with HQ Legal Team on HR compliance and e-learning courses.
Handle MOM reporting and government surveys.
- Employee Relations & Communication:Respond to employee inquiries on HR matters.
Coordinate with business units on manpower movement (contract renewal, transfer, etc.).
- Office Administration:Oversee office procurement, maintenance, and cleanliness.
Manage office supplies and vendor relations.
Coordinate office travel arrangements and business insurance.
- Staff Benefits & Expenses:Administer staff benefits, monthly expenses claims, and coordinate company ID cards.
- Marketing & Talent Acquisition:Assist with basic marketing and social media activities for talent attraction.
- General Administration:
- Provide general admin support, oversee fixed asset management, and handle office invoices.
- Contribute to office improvement projects and corporate events.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and support management with general administration tasks.
