Job Description
- Perform frontline duties, greet and register patients.
- Assist in coordinating and controlling the flow of patients.
- Triage the patients upon their arrival, measuring their vital signs and directing them to appropriate clinical zones.
- Maintain medical records of patients.
- Assist doctors and nurses for various patients' medical needs, such as collecting medications and preparing for wound dressing.
- Oversee processes and keeping records of billing and payment.
- Assist in maintaining the medical centre’s various stocks and supplies.
- Address the questions that any patient might have with regards to the medical centre’s operations and workflows.
- Liaise with the Recreation Centre’s managing agents with regards to security and maintenance of the medical centre.
- Assist in executing preventive health programmes and lessons for the migrant worker population
- Assist in any other administrative tasks that other staff may need help with.
Requirements
- Min NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in clinic assistant will be an added advantage!
- Ability to politely greet, direct and control visitors or crowds.
- Prior experience in performing administrative tasks such as registering, billing, data entry, navigating simple computer software and keeping records.
- Prior experience in using basic equipment for health screening.
- Ability to work and think creatively.
