- Ensure a seamless interview process including coordination with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and provision of interview details and instructions to these stakeholders.
- Manage onboarding administration process including employee screenings, issuance of offer letters, collection of employee documents, employee declaration etc.
- Administer work pass application for employees and dependents, where applicable.
- Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate employee records in Workday.
- Provide thoughtful, accurate and timely responses to stakeholders.
- Any other duties or projects assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in HR or any othere relevant fields
- Proficient in MS Office
