- Customer facing tasks such as providing assistance to customers via email and calls
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbox
Requirements:
* At least 'A' level/diploma
- Prior customer service background
- Good written communication skills
- Meticulous and organised in handling confidential data
- Self-motivated individual and able to handle > 20 cases per day
- Able to commit immediately and commit for at least 3 months
