Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily activities of business solutions/sales executives. Supervise, train, and guide the sales team to meet sales targets.
- Identify key prospects, negotiate deals, and establish appropriate sales terms.
- Provide guidance, support, and solutions to any challenges faced by the team.
- Monitor the progress and activities of the Sales Executives to ensure targets are met.
- Deliver product and sales training to the team.
- Gather market insights from Sales Executives’ feedback.
- Coordinate with various departments, including Service and Delivery, to ensure seamless customer service.
- Visit customers to track the progress of demonstrations and gather feedback.
- Review individual performance of Sales Executives, offering motivation and encouragement to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct weekly brainstorming sessions with the team to develop strategies and plans to improve sales performance.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate sales teams.
- Proactive, resourceful, and a proven track record in sales.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport
