They are seeking a Training Manager to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Location: Paya Lebar
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training admin processes to meet client needs.
- Work with client’s department heads to identify and streamline processes for efficiency improvement.
- Coordinate training sessions with internal and external parties.
- Lead and support a team of 15 training admin staff.
- Oversees daily end to end training admin operations.
- Present monthly reports to management.
- Table monthly management meetings.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ work experience in training administration, operations and process improvement, in education industry
- Strong leadership skills in leading and motivating a team to meet company objectives
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
