Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team (e.g., Sales Representatives, Promoters) to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Enhance sales coverage efficiency through data analysis and insights.
- Optimize ROI by implementing new initiatives and negotiating effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless trade execution.
- Provide feedback on sales and operational challenges, competitor promotions/pricing, and market trends.
- Oversee all sales and trade activities at assigned outlets.
- Implement Sales & Merchandising strategies, ensuring adherence to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and seminars as required, including working on weekends and public holidays.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry (Household goods/consumer goods/baby-care products), with a preference for experience in the e-commerce channel.
- Prior experience in sales account management for modern trade and/or managing a team of sales representatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SAP, or equivalent tools.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent business acumen, and a passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Business Centre.
- Possession of a driving license and own vehicle.
