Responsibilities:
- Manage all documentation related to training services and small-volume contract manufacturing, from quotation through to invoicing.
- Track all customer inquiries and active projects.
- Respond to general customer inquiries.
- Provide administrative support for the department.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
