Responsibilities:

  • Manage all documentation related to training services and small-volume contract manufacturing, from quotation through to invoicing.
  • Track all customer inquiries and active projects.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support for the department.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
