You will lead Network Services / support team Team, where you’ll play a crucial role in leading the NOC Team integrity and optimising network infrastructure. You’ll also work as network services lead to ensure SLAs are met, handle escalation and ensuring problems are resolved . You will also be looking for continuous improvements in our Network services and ensuring compliances with regulatory standards and guildeliness. Additionally you will establish network operational guide and standards and ensure compliance to them
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology with min 5 years of experience in leading network team
- Should have good experience in network implementation and operation
- CCNP certification
- good knowledge in various network protocols and network security
- Experience working with firewalls and load balancers
- Good experience working with SLAs and ITIL
- Good communicaiton skills
