Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $2200 - $2800 (depending of experience)
Working Location: Changi
Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9am – 6pm
Saturday: 9am-1pm
Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.
-Request CIPL and prepare draft permits.
-Coordinate with customers and overseas agents via email.
-Verify cargo details (pcs, weight, dimensions) and update the system accurately.
-Print original AWBs and handle required documentation (FWB, FHL, permits, etc.).
-Send pre-alerts, process billing, and manage related operations.
Job Requirements:
-Min. O level and above qualifications
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, and handling inquiries/requests.
-Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the Air Freight industry.
