Client Implementation Support Specialist (Bank) - 1 Year

  • Assist in the maintenance of new accounts and facilitate Fulfillment deals, starting with tasks of simple to moderate complexity based on experience level.
  • Collaborate closely with the Fulfillment team to help onboard clients onto Bank's platform.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tracking and updating of deal statuses.
  • Proactively escalate issues and challenges when necessary to guarantee the prompt completion of deals.
  • Provide support to Implementation Advisors in onboarding key clients and preparing Requests for Proposals.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of Bank's cash management solutions and services.
  • Assist with migration projects, including updates to mandates and outreach to clients with expiring IDs, in coordination with the Fulfillment team.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the manager.

Job requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of excel macros/ PowerBI/ SQL/ Tableau
  • At least 2 years of banking or implementation experience
