- It is an opportunity for an experienced Client Implementation Advisor to join their team
The Job
- Support new account maintenance and simple FF deals
- Work closely with the Fulfillment team and assist in the setting up clients on the bank’s Cash Pro system
- Assist in the tracking and monitoring of ageing deals
- Support IAs with key client on boarding and RFPs
- Learn and understand the bank’s cash management solutions and offerings
- Support migration projects related to mandate updates and outreach for expiring client IDs for Fulfillment team
The Talent
- Minimally 1 year of banking experience
- Able to work under pressure & challenges
- Good application software skills: Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of Excel Macros/ Power BI/SQL/Tableau
- Excellent presentation, communication and team work skills.
