Job Description:
- Developing change management (CM) strategies tailored to each digital project along with the ADKAR framework, together with project teams
- Implement (and support project teams in implementing) the planned CM strategies and track the progress to make the changes completed within the planned time frame
- Estimate the maximum outcomes of the foregoing strategies and measure the actual outcomes using the metrics such as “how quickly”, “how many” and “how well”
- Properly recognize the challenges of digital product users and give project teams ideas of creating promotion tools and refining digital products by UI/UX enhancement.
- Discuss with and direct design teams in CM team to deliver promotion tools and improved UI/UX tailored to the specific needs of each project in an efficient manner
