Program Director
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Program Department ensuring that it meets the organizational goals and strategic objectives
- Manage the program to ensure it meet the planned budget and schedules
- Manage, coach and motivate the staff
- Develop business relationship with customers and to ensure customer satisfaction level is met
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment
- Experience in managing New Product Introduction
- Result oriented with strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
