Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution phase of grant and industry projects, including monitoring project milestones, risks, costs, and schedules.
- Collaborate with various functions within the organization to resolve roadblocks and ensure the programme and projects deliver key outcomes within the allocated time and budget.
- Update and maintain the internal research project database, and external engagement tracking.
- Support the Quantum Programme Office (QPO) in managing and ensuring proper and updated records of project variations, grant proposals, publications, patents, and technology disclosures.
- Administer overseas travel arrangements, including checking travel plans, budgets, and ensuring proper documentation and approval in compliance with existing policies.
- Assist the team in organizing technology road-mapping and scientific workshops/symposiums.
- Assist the QPO team in day-to-day operations and administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerBI preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and systems thinking abilities.
- Resourceful and independent.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with quantum technologies and their applications is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience working in the public R&D sector preferred
