They are known for providing a comprehensive range of services including advanced telecommunications, digital services, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity, catering to both businesses and consumers.
As part of their expansion they are looking for a Partner Development Manager with the key responsibilities to lead strategic partnerships, drive contract negotiations, and develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for emerging markets and new products.
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Business Growth, your responsibilities would includes
- Identify and establish relationships with key cloud partners, vendors, and resellers to expand market presence in emerging markets.
- Collaborate with partners to align goals, develop joint business plans, and ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Design and execute innovative GTM strategies for new products and services in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to drive adoption and awareness of cloud solutions in target markets.
- Lead negotiations for partnership contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and partner expectations.
- Monitor and manage contractual obligations and performance metrics to maximize value for all stakeholders.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and GTM strategies.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to stakeholders to refine approaches and achieve revenue goals.
Skills and experience required
- 4+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role in the cloud computing or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions, market trends, and the partner ecosystem.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
