Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits to assess the organization’s adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and laws, ensuring that the organization is in compliance with them.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Support internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
- Investigate potential compliance issues and report findings to senior management.
- Assist in the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for staff on compliance-related topics.
- Work closely with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure compliance across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance-related software/tools.
