Job Description
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial strategies to support business objectives. This includes preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Financial Reporting: Ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with financial regulations and standard
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and managing budgets and providing financial forecasts to guide business decisions
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing financial risks
- Strategic Financial Guidance: Providing strategic financial insights to senior management to support business growth and decision-making
- Team Leadership: Leading and supporting the finance team, including training and development
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
