- Participate in job rotations across various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's key functions.
- Learn the charterparty negotiation process and become familiar with charterparty clauses.
- Manage all operational tasks, ensuring thorough follow-up, execution, and completion of fixtures.
- Analyze supply and demand trends, survey the dry bulk market, and monitor macroeconomic conditions.
- Review and verify monthly/quarterly reports from Technical Managers, addressing any deviations or clarifications as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members from Operations, Research & Risk, Technical, and Finance departments.
- Gain hands-on experience from experts, developing both technical and soft skills while receiving guidance from line managers and peers.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by line managers.
Requirement
- A minimum of a degree in Maritime Studies or a related field is required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
