Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, Google Ads, and email marketing
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement
- Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to queries, and tracking performance metrics
- SEO/SEM Optimization: Assist in improving search engine rankings and implementing paid search campaigns to increase online visibility
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare detailed reports for management
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture leads and engage customers
- Website Maintenance: Support updates and enhancements to the company website to ensure a seamless user experience
- Market Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with special projects and campaigns as required to support overall marketing objectives
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Creativity and attention to detail in developing and presenting marketing content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
