Human Resources Assistant - Entry Level [FAM-002-01]

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and databases
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, liaising between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless interview process
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications based on job requirements
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job ads on various platforms and social media to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy and compliance with recruitment processes
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents, coordinating training schedules, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with HR team members and department managers to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment strategies
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, career events, and employee testimonials
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and assisting with ad-hoc HR projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • A passion for people and creating positive workplace experiences
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
