Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals
- Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters to attract and retain customers
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies
- Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and monitoring engagement
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights, preparing reports for management
- Brand Building: Assist in executing strategies that build and maintain a strong brand presence across all marketing platforms
- Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives
- Event Planning: Help organize and promote company events, product launches, or promotional activities to increase brand visibility
- Email Marketing: Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers
- Creative Input: Contribute fresh ideas to enhance marketing strategies and improve brand recognition in the market
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Creativity and a passion for marketing and events
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software is a plus
