About the Team
BytePlus Recommend is one of the key products for enterprise clients from the AML(Applied Machine Learning) team. The AML team has extensive expertise in recommendation systems, with significant practical achievements across both internal business applications and external enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Define the product positioning and GTM strategy for BytePlus Recommend Product.
- Conduct market research/user research, develop the product roadmap, define core product metrics, and collaborate with the development team to implement product features.
- Research, design, review, and evaluate product functions, collect user feedback, and drive continuous data-driven iterations.
- Align goals with collaborating product teams and promote cooperation.
- Drive market research studies to explore new technology and oversee development of business proposals for new opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of working experience in product management.
- Familiar with recommendation systems, familiar with public cloud industry trends, familiar with big data or machine learning SaaS/PaaS cloud products.
- Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, ability to learn quickly and think comprehensively and systematically;
- Good communication, strong product and project management abilities, and cross-cultural global team collaboration skills;
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a certain level of resilience under pressure.
