- Develop, analyse market trends and implement sales strategies for supermarket / petrol kiosk / convenient store accounts to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at supermarket accounts.
- Manage and grow existing business, identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, promotions, and joint business plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within supermarket accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, category management) to drive sales.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Track sales performance, analysing data to optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
Requirement:
- Min. 3 years of sales management experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in supermarket account management with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field will be an added advantages.
