Responsibilities for Fintech Developer/ Full stack developer
· Liaise with the IT team of the head office to complete business requirements, test and deploy the project.
· Understand the system architecture, bridge business needs with technology implementation by combining business knowledge and technical skills.
· Understand complex business requirements and implement practical software solutions accordingly.
· Develop IT projects under on time tosupport Branch’s business and management.
· Resolve software bugs and issues quickly.
· Improve software development processes by working with cross-functional teams.
· Ensure that software specifications, workflows, and processes are documented.
· Any other duties as directed by the HOD of the Fintech Department or Branch Management.
Requirements
· A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analysis etc.).
-Must be able to communicate in chinese due to frequent interaction with chinese speaking stakeholders from China market.
· A minimum of 3 experience in Fintech, Information Technology or a related field, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
· A track record of success in roles related to software development or innovation.
· A strong understanding of the methodologies and principles of software development.
· A working knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP), alongside in version control systems and continuous integration practices.
· Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java or similar languages.
· An understanding of web development frameworks, such as Vue.js, React.js, a full stack developer is expected.
· Ability to deliver functional solutions within a tight deadline
· Collaborative and problem-solving skills in a team environment.
· Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
