Responsibilities:
- Analyze and report on monthly departmental performance, comparing actual results to budget and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in annual revenue and projection processes to support organizational financial planning.
- Perform costing and pricing evaluations for services, programs, and new initiatives.
- Provide financial analytics for value-based initiatives and decision-making.
- Participate in understanding system structures, relationships, and end-to-end workflows, including system setup and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario building for projects or programs.
- Manage any assigned ad hoc projects or tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum in Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
- Healthcare industry experience, especially in management accounting or data analytics, is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in financial modeling skills and proficiency in SAP, Tableau, or analytical tools is a bonus.
