Job Description:
- Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.
- Request CIPL and prepare draft permits.
- Coordinate with customers and overseas agents via email.
- Verify cargo details (pcs, weight, dimensions) and update the system accurately.
- Print original AWBs and handle required documentation (FWB, FHL, permits, etc.).
- Send pre-alerts, process billing, and manage related operations.
- Handle pre-alerts for cargo release or delivery arrangements.
- Inspect cargo at the warehouse and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate with customers and overseas agents via email.
- Pre-declare customs permits and submit shipment details to the Customs
- Process billing and manage operational emails for Air Import tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE N/O Level
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry, and handling inquiries/requests.
- No Prior experience required - on Job training provided
