- Senior Health Environment Safety Specialist (Semiconductor)
- Permanent role
- Basic up to $ 6,000 +AWS +VB
- Monday to Friday, 8.00 AM - 5.30 PM
- Location: Woodlands
Responsibilities:
- Perform risk management for two sites.
- Address all HSE-related training requirements.
- Lead investigations for all incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Develop and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, and relevant documentation in compliance with applicable HSE regulations, standards, and best industry practices, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Collaborate closely with the customer's and the company's operations teams to plan and implement mutually agreed HSE plans, including best practices.
- Work with key stakeholders on the Safety Observation Sheet, including its review and closure.
- Manage contractors effectively.
- Perform routine tasks such as attending meetings and providing updates.
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management related to HSE.
Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety & Health Act and its regulation
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001, Management System Knowledge of HSE Auditing skill
- Proficient in MS Office
- Computer literate and familiar with common software application in the market
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with effective interpersonal and people management skills
