Job Responsibilities:
- Drinks Store Operations:
- Oversee the drinks store's daily activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing and recording transactions accurately.
- Supervise drink and snack preparation, ensuring quality and adherence to recipes and safety standards.
- Operate, clean, and maintain all drinks store equipment, ensuring operational readiness.
- Food Court Operations:
- Manage and oversee operations of all stores within the food court, including sublet vendors.
- Ensure that each store adheres to food court policies, hygiene, and operational standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for store vendors and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Regularly inspect the food court premises, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and an inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Staff Management:
- Supervise and train drinks store staff to maintain high performance and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with sublet vendors to ensure their staff adheres to food court policies and standards.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling staff for drinks store and food court needs.
- Inventory and Procurement:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for the drinks store, ensuring timely replenishment of supplies.
- Oversee inventory practices across food court vendors and provide guidance to maintain consistency.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source quality supplies cost-effectively.
- Financial and Administrative Duties:
- Oversee financial reconciliations for the drinks store, ensuring accurate reporting of transactions.
- Support food court vendors in financial reporting, ensuring compliance with food court policies.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas of improvement and drive profitability.
