Position Title: Hotel Building Technician
Salary: $2000 - $3000 (depend on experience)
Working Days: 6 days (8 hours/day)
Working Location: Beach Rd 189692
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical.
- Ensure guest rooms are well-maintained, including fixing plumbing, electrical, and furniture issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential maintenance problems.
- Respond to emergency repair needs (e.g., burst pipes, electrical outages, power trip, water heater malfunction,promptly.
- Maintain the hotel’s exterior, including landscaping, parking lots, and outdoor lighting.
- Ensure all safety and security systems, including fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency lights, are functioning.
- Work closely with housekeeping and management to address and resolve maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel or building maintenance .
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly.
- Basic knowledge of safety and fire regulations.
